Practice Profile

Hayley obtained a first class degree in Law from Gonville and Caius College Cambridge and subsequently studied the LLM at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, as a Thouron Scholar. She joined chambers in 2009 following successful completion of pupillage, during which she was supervised by Bruce Gardiner, Andrew Miller and Christopher Lundie.

During her pupillage Hayley gained experience in drafting and advising in various matters including insurance, commercial, professional negligence and personal injury. She regularly appears in trials and applications and is developing a broad practice in line with Chambers' core areas with a particular interest in commercial work.
