The Group specialises in legal issues affecting television, film, music, sport, and the press.   We have particular experience and expertise in applying for and resisting urgent injunction applications, advising on contractual and confidentiality issues, as well as more general intellectual property and professional tribunal work.

2tg's present practice in the media and entertainment field has grown from its general commercial and IP practice and includes such cases as Lakeview Computers v Steadman (2000); Smallman v TV Travel Shop (2001); In Motion v Palau (2002); and Re Crystal Palace Football Club (1986) Limited (2004).
