The Property Group deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes - from the most irritating of boundary disputes to complex multi-million pound claims arising from substantial property developments. Members of the group are regularly instructed by leading firms of solicitors to provide specialist advice and advocacy on a range of property issues to a variety of property owners such as commercial landlords, lenders, local authorities, tenants and insurers. We are also able to draw on the knowledge and experience of other groups within 2tg such as the Banking and Finance, Insurance and Professional Negligence Groups so as to provide a truly comprehensive service in the effective resolution of property disputes.
