Key to 2 Temple Gardens’ success is our clerking team. Led by Lee Tyler, they provide an exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients.

Members of the team conduct regular meetings with both current and prospective professional clients, obtaining feedback and ensuring that any specific needs are met.

We are transparent and flexible in our approach to fees, working with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and, where appropriate, conditional fees. Hourly and daily rates can be provided by the clerking team on request.

Our clerks enjoy excellent relationships with court listing staff , ensuring the smooth fixing of applications and trials in all divisions. We are also very familiar with all aspects of arranging urgent ex-parte hearings and are happy to assist instructing solicitors on such matters.
