A key factor in 2 Temple Gardens’ success has been the clerking team which, led by Lee Tyler (Senior Clerk), provides a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients.

Members of the team conduct regular meetings with both current and prospective professional clients in order to obtain feedback and to ensure that any specific needs are met.

We aim to be transparent and flexible in our approach to fees, working with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and, where appropriate, conditional fees. Hourly and daily rates can be provided by the clerking team on request.

The clerks enjoy excellent relationships with court listing staff which ensures the smooth fixing of applications and trials in all divisions. We are also very familiar with all aspects of arranging urgent ex-parte hearings and are happy to assist instructing solicitors on such matters.
