Led by Lee Tyler, our clerks provide an exceptionally efficient and professional service. Client care is paramount, through regular contact, clear communication and above all, a friendly and accessible approach.

We are transparent and flexible with fees, working with traditional brief fees, daily rates, hourly rates and where appropriate, conditional fees. Hourly and daily rates can be provided by the clerking team on request.

Our clerks enjoy excellent relationships with court listing staff, ensuring the smooth fixing of applications and trials in all divisions. We are familiar with all aspects of arranging urgent ex-parte hearings and are happy to assist instructing solicitors on such matters.

We accept instructions under the Direct Professional Access Rules and in accordance with the International Practice Rules. Members are also able to accept instructions under Public Access Rules.
