Stuart Benzie expert contributor to major new Sweet & Maxwell commercial publication
Stuart Benzie has contributed a Chapter on Sale of Goods on Credit in Christou "Sale and Supply of Goods and Services" a major new publication in the Sweet & Maxwell commercial series. Stuart's chapter deals with supply of goods on credit in business to business transactions and includes sections on extended payment terms, finance leases, hire purchase agreements, documentary credits and guarantees and indemnities. The work is based on Stuart's extensive commercial and legal experience of asset financing in his roles as a banker and a solicitor prior to being called to the bar. Stuart practices in commercial law with particular expertise in commercial finance and related areas.
