Rome II in Force - 2tg Practical Guide Now Available

Charles Dougherty and Marie-Louise Kinsler have prepared a short guide to Rome II. The new Rome II Regulation on the Law Applicable to Non-contractual Obligations came into force on 11th January 2009. Rome II lays down, amongst other things, new choice of law rules for tort and restitution and has important implications for all practitioners dealing with tort and restitution claims with a foreign element.
