Stuart Benzie acts for celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli

Stuart Benzie acted for celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli in an action brought by his former agent David MacBeth. The action was heard on 5 August 2009 and following submissions the judge struck out the claim on the basis that any agreement that Mr MacBeth had was with a company, Novelli Associates Limited and not Jean Christophe Novelli personally.

Stuart was instructed by Dunham's Solicitors in Milton Keynes who continue to act for Mr Novelli in the ongoing dispute with Mr MacBeth.
